Elmington Living is seeking a dynamic Community Director to lead the Kingspark Flats on-site team in Charlotte, NC. You will drive financial performance, compliance with LIHTC/HUD/Section 8, leasing activity, resident relations, and staff supervision to deliver a well‑maintained, welcoming community.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing
• Knowledge of LIHTC and/or HUD/Section 8 compliance
• Experience with property management software (RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, Fortress) and related tools
• Fair Housing certification within 7 days of employment

Responsabilidades

• Manage the property's operating budget and drive performance against targets
• Maintain and improve occupancy through proactive leasing and retention
• Oversee leasing team, tours, applications, and move-ins
• Lead on-site staff, conduct evaluations, and ensure service standards and compliance
