Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to own full lifecycle of commercial projects, from pre-construction through turnover, with responsibilities including managing scope, schedule and budget and maintaining client relationships.

The role supports capital improvements and tenant improvements within the portfolio, leads project teams, interfaces with design partners and trade partners, ensures quality and safety, and reports on risks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (AIA A102/A201).
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project; Sage 300 CRE a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction to turnover.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and scope with stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Ensure quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Oversee closeout activities and post-turnover support.
