Qualifications

• 5–7 years of proven Construction Project Manager experience in commercial or residential sectors.
• Strong knowledge of modern construction methods, budgeting logic, and scheduling.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specs, and contracts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with track record with clients.
• Proficiency with industry-standard project management and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through turnover.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules to meet targets.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
• Identify and resolve logistical or technical issues early to avoid delays/cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and procedures.
• Provide regular project updates and financial reports to leadership/clients.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and purchase orders to protect scope and budget.
