Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through turnover to the property management team.

You will lead project teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships while delivering high-quality results. The role supports capital improvement and tenant improvements across the existing portfolio and requires an owner’s mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; equivalent Education and experience considered.
• Five to seven years of experience in commercial construction with demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule and budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, contract structures (AIA A102/A201, Cost Plus Fee with GMP), and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project); Sage 300 CRE experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction & Project Startup: establish final project budget and review contract documents.
• Budget & Financial Management: manage costs, review variances, and approve payments.
• Schedule & Trade Partner Management: direct master schedule and coordinate with trade partners.
• Team Leadership & Client Relations: supervise staff and build client relationships.
• Quality, Safety and Compliance: enforce safety policies and contract compliance.
• Project Closeout & Business Development: manage closeout activities and pursue opportunities.
