Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a project superintendent on varied commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial building construction activities and safety regulations.
• Must be bondable with a valid driver's license and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, supervise, and motivate multiple subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with project owners, officials, architects, engineers, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain two-week construction activity schedules and communicate changes regularly.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure subcontractors comply with policies.
• Oversee drawing/submittal process and maintain project records in management software.
• Lead meetings, punch list efforts, and ensure timely completion of projects.
