Job summary

American Indian College Fund seeks a Program Associate to implement donor-funded student success programs that improve persistence and degree completion for Native students.

You will collaborate with Student Success Services, Resource Development, Research Evaluation, and Programs teams to develop and report on student success programming and connect students with community-based resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with AIAN or underserved student populations.
  • Experience in Student Support Services or related fields.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tiered support for students in college and career readiness strategies to guide graduation and career goals.
  • Monitors and manages student databse entries, documents, and reports with data-driven analysis to measure effectiveness.
  • Communicates regularly with scholars about deadlines, requirements, and scholarship-related expectations.
  • Plans and facilitates online or in-person educational and career planning activities.
  • Builds and sustains relationships with TCUs and surrounding communities to connect students to resources.
  • Reports on activities, milestones, and impact to support departmental evaluation.
