Job summary

The American Indian College Fund is looking for a Program Associate for College Success in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will oversee donor-funded student success programming aimed at enhancing persistence and degree completion for Native students. You will collaborate across various teams and engage with Tribal Colleges and Universities to provide essential resources.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree and have experience in student support services, particularly with underserved populations. This position allows for some remote work and requires up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience working with underserved populations is a plus.
• Strong IT skills, especially with databases and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide students toward graduation and career goals.
• Manage student database entries and associated reports.
• Communicate with students regarding deadlines and requirements.
• Plan and facilitate educational and career planning activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with TCUs for student success.
