Job summary

American Indian College Fund is seeking a Senior Program Officer for the TCU Computer Science Programs, with hybrid work based in Denver. The role leads CS program design, collaboration with TCUs, and engagement with donors and partners to build capacity in CS and AI within tribal colleges and universities.

The Senior Program Officer will oversee program development, monitoring, and evaluation, while mentoring team members and coordinating with internal departments to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in STEM with CS/AI coursework.
  • Significant experience in program design, implementation, and supporting virtual communities of practice.
  • Extensive experience working with AI/AN communities focused on students in high school and/or college.

Responsibilities

  • Designs, grows, and leads the overall TCU Computer Science Program.
  • Collaborates with TCUs on program implementation and evaluation.
  • Provides financial oversight according to the grant budget and donor expectations.
  • Fosters collaboration of CS among TCUs and industry partners.
  • Manages and reports to donors with timely communications.
