• Master’s or higher in STEM with relevant AI/CS coursework.
• Extensive experience designing and evaluating programs for Native communities.
• Proven track record in securing funding and managing grants.
• Strong collaboration with TCUs, industry partners, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Designs, innovates, grows, and leads the overall TCU Computer Science Program.
• Develops program plans, monitoring systems, and grant participation criteria.
• Collaborates with TCUs on implementation, evaluation, and expansion.
• Manages relationships with foundations, corporations, and donors.
• Oversees reporting, budgeting, and advisory processes with partners.
• Supports program evaluation with indigenous metrics and methodologies.
• Supervises staff and coordinates consultants, with extensive travel.
