Job summary

American Indian College Fund is seeking a Senior Program Officer to lead the TCU Computer Science Program and advance CS/AI capacity in tribal colleges. You will collaborate with TCUs, donors, and partners to design, implement, and evaluate grant programs that expand CS learning and workforce pathways for Native students and communities.

The role requires strategic oversight, strong stakeholder engagement, and frequent travel to tribal colleges and conferences.

Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in STEM with AI/CS coursework.
• Significant experience in program design, implementation, and virtual communities.
• Extensive experience working with AI/AN communities and students.
• Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the TCU Computer Science Program.
• Collaborate with TCUs on implementation and evaluation.
• Maintain relationships with foundations and donors.
• Travel extensively for site visits and conferences.
• Prepare program reports and outcomes for leadership.
