The PCC-I works with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth daily operations, greet patients, schedule visits, manage deposits and non-clinical documentation, and uphold the mission of Upstream

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
