Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist in Tempe, AZ. You will guide mid-size clients through onboarding and ensure successful adoption of ADP payroll and HR solutions.

The role focuses on building trust, providing clear communication, and delivering a seamless implementation experience for diverse clients. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage multiple onboarding projects, and adapt to a metrics-driven environment while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and long-term

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a client service environment or systems integration environment.
• Basic project management skills.
• Overtime hours may be required during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation and help clients use our products confidently.
• Implement ADP Technologies: analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to implement the ADP solution.
• Partner Internally: collaborate with sales and customer service, and share updates with the client project team.
