Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and their children in a trauma-informed manner.
• Guide onboarding and orientation for new clients.
• Conduct facility tours and explain program expectations and safety procedures.
• Handle admission logistics and document intake information.
• Maintain accurate client records and census data.
• Coordinate scheduling and administrative support across teams.
• Respond to client questions and connect to appropriate staff.
