Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support.
• Four years of qualifying experience minimum or combination of education and experience.
• Qualified Addictions Professional (QAP) credentials listed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery-focused support services to help treatment goals and daily functioning.
• Build trusting relationships to encourage engagement, resilience, self-advocacy, and long-term success.
• Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and independent living skills.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to identify needs and support coordinated care.
• Respond to crisis situations within training scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and client progress.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities.
• Represent the organization professionally to clients, families, and partners.
