Job summary

Camelot Community Care is seeking a dedicated Child Welfare Case Manager to join our team of professionals committed to helping children reach their fullest potential. The role involves case management, court preparation, and collaboration with supervisors and community resources to ensure permanency and safety for children.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, plus one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other related human service field.
One year of relevant social services experience working with children and families.
Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse required; equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

Participates in staff development opportunities and maintains child welfare certification through ongoing training.
Maintains relationships with supervisory staff and community resource providers to ensure continuity of care.
Completes case notes accurately and timely in the data system.
Prepares for and attends court activities, including hearings and recommendations to the court.
Develops judicial reviews, assessments, and reports on time according to policy and contractual outcomes.
Plans and facilitates visits between children in care and their families.
