Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant social services experience with children and families.
• Child Welfare Certification required.
• Background clearance screening completed or obtainable.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Complete case notes promptly and accurately in the required data system.
• Prepare for and attend court activities; provide court testimony as needed.
• Develop judicial reviews, assessments, and reports within policy and timelines.
• Coordinate referrals, placements, and ongoing services for children and families.
• Plan and facilitate visits between children in care and family members; support foster/adoptive families.
