Job summary

Camelot Community Care Inc is seeking a Child Welfare Case Manager to join our team in Florida. The role focuses on maintaining case notes, coordinating referrals, and ensuring the safety and well-being of children in care.

You will work with a supportive local leadership structure and participate in ongoing professional development. The position requires a Bachelor's in Social Work, Child Welfare Certification, and a valid driver's license, with strong computer and communication skills to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
At least 1 year of relevant social services experience with children and families.
Child Welfare Certification required.
Background clearance screening completed or obtainable.
Valid driver's license and insurability.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Complete case notes promptly and accurately in the required data system.
Prepare for and attend court activities; provide court testimony as needed.
Develop judicial reviews, assessments, and reports within policy and timelines.
Coordinate referrals, placements, and ongoing services for children and families.
Plan and facilitate visits between children in care and family members; support foster/adoptive families.
