Job summary

Thompson Child & Family Focus seeks a Case Manager to deliver dependency case management for high-need youth and families. You will coordinate services, engage kin networks, and support safe, stable homes while working closely with courts and community providers.

The role emphasizes direct, face-to-face work with teens and families, crisis management, and on-call coverage with flexible hours. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience equivalent to one year in child welfare services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history.
• Manage crisis, connect youth and caregivers to services, and document case details.
• Testify in court and engage youth and families in the community.
