Thompson in Knoxville, TN is hiring a dedicated Case Manager to support families involved with dependency cases. You will provide services, linkage, and coordination for high-need youth in out-of-home care, engaging kin to build protective capacity and stabilize homes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience equivalent to one (1) year of full-time professional work providing child welfare services.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a drug screen and all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependency case management services to families with verified abuse history and open dependency cases.
• Manage crisis and coordinate services for high-need youth in out-of-home care.
• Write court reports and testify in court.
• Engage youth and families face-to-face in the community, including after-hours/on-call coverage.
