Job summary

Thompson is seeking a Case Manager to provide dependency case management for families with verified abuse history in out-of-home care across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky. You will engage kin and fictive kin to strengthen protective capacities and secure a safe home for youth served.

The role requires handling crisis, coordinating services, and maintaining court-related documentation, with on-call hours as needed in nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Experience or exposure to child welfare services or case management favored.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Drug screen and background checks including fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Manage crisis and link youth and caregivers to services and providers.
• Complete court reports, testify in court, and engage face-to-face with youth and families.
