Responsibilities

Manage and monitor sizeable child support caseloads for delinquency and compliance with court orders; prioritize items and prepare enforcement actions.
Engage with case participants in person, by phone, email, or mail to provide information and negotiate payment plans.
Review and evaluate routine reports; determine case needs and update data; document events and activities.
Correspond by phone, fax, mail and email with case participants and other agencies to ensure timely responses.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
