Job summary

The State of Missouri is seeking qualified applicants for Benefit Program Technician positions located in the Greene County Child Support Office, Springfield, MO. Responsibilities

• Scan and index information; enter data into computer-based systems from calls, walk-ins, and mail.
• Distribute information as necessary to clients and maintain organized records.
• Contribute to a positive, helpful customer service experience for Missourians.
