Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of social and case management services to children, youth and families
• Counsel clients and family members to maximize service delivery and progress toward service plan goals
• Monitor client behavior and coordinate with child welfare and community agencies
• Develop and implement Family Service Plans and assist in court-related or removal processes
• Exercise initiative under supervision and mentor paraprofessional staff as needed
