Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred; strong knowledge of social services principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual preferred.

• Proven reliability and ability to meet deadlines; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with paperwork, including green card applications and school enrollment.
• Provide case management support: social work, counseling, and coordination of referrals.
• Ensure child safety while in care and attend court hearings as required.
• Maintain client contact and documentation in portals; coordinate with schools and agencies.
• Support in scheduling medical and dental appointments; accompany youth to hearings when needed.
