Qualifications

• Experience with developmental and intellectual disabilities is required.
• Must pass Fingerprint background check, CORI, DPPC, and Driving background checks.
• HS diploma with five years experience in Human Services is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in obtaining and maintaining employment.
• Collaborate with the team for advocacy support.
• Draft and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP).
• Provide on and off-site support for Life Enhancement Curriculum.

Skills

Experience working with Individuals with ID/DD

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree or an associate degree in a related field with two years of experience, or HS diploma and five years of related work experience

MAP certification

Valid Driver's License
