Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with ID/DD.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes health for individuals and ensures safe environments.
• Supervises and coaches across Life Enhancement activities to boost independence.
• Provides education, training, counseling, and guidance to meet goals.
• Develops and presents annual ISP plans with supervisor input.
• Manages case files and required paperwork with confidentiality.
