Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience doing similar work preferred or 3-4 years in case management/employment services.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with participants and promote program participation.
• Develop Self-Sufficiency Plans and complete OCAT as needed.
• Coordinate training plans and collect documentation for placement.
• Lead Welfare-to-Work sessions, job club, and counseling.
• Maintain CalSAWS records and track participant progress.
