The role involves field visits and coordination with community partners to advance clients toward sustainable employment.

You will assist with resumes, mock interviews, and goal setting, while maintaining meticulous files and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
• 3+ years of training or demonstrated experience in providing workforce development/case management preferred.
• 6+ years of training or demonstrated experience in providing workforce development/case management services for at-risk populations, required.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and goal setting, required.
• Professional Development required.

Responsibilities

• Perform situational assessments and vocational exploration activities.
• Assess and addresses barriers to employment. Provide supportive services where appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual employment plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with referral sources, community-based organizations, and other workforce providers.
• Travel to job seekers homes, worksites, community meetings, etc.
