Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in social work, psychology, sociology, or related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Cal-AIM Initiative, ECM, and Community Supports preferred.
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple barriers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake eligibility, verification, obtain documents, orientation, assessments, workshops, and peer support coaching.
• Build confidence, readiness, and emotional health to address barriers to stability in life and work.
• Create personal housing and savings plans; provide peer support coaching and financial coaching.
