Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Administration Business Specialists to define and train on new company initiatives.
• Review and improve daily business processes, develop audit plans, report results, and recommend changes.
• Ensure consistency of processes and procedures across the organization.
• Coordinate employee activities and engagement events with Team Impact.
• Travel up to 65% as programs roll out or are needed.
