Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who combines strong customer service with sales acumen. You will support residential sales by contacting existing and potential customers, preparing proposals, and coordinating with management and service technicians.

The ideal candidate has detail‑oriented numerical skills, the ability to quickly price projects, and a courteous, outgoing demeanor that helps customers and drives revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative sales with customers.
• Strong numerical and pricing abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
• Work directly with management and service technicians to find customer solutions.
• Provide service technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects.
• Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours using BOE form and pricing.
• Maintain and update CRM/SAM daily.
• Provide a list of labor, materials, and parts for order entry.
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
• Assist others in the office with product knowledge as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
