Job summary

ECLARO is seeking an Accounting Coordinator (Billing Support) in Beaumont, TX. The role focuses on billing customers promptly and accurately after receipt of required documentation, and it includes intercompany billing for Facility to Field Services.

You will support accounting activities, handle journal entries, participate in audits and budgeting efforts, and receive ongoing training from your supervisor to grow your accounting skills and knowledge of our processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic billing or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Ability to follow documentation and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Bill customers quickly and accurately after receiving all required documentation.
• Manage intercompany billing for Facility to Field Services and related journal entries.
• Provide support for special projects, audits and annual activities including budget preparation.
• Receive training and guidance from a supervisor to improve accounting skills.
• Continuously develop knowledge of accounting processes and procedures.
