Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks a Central Billing Coordinator to manage client billing and practice management across services. The role involves collaboration with CRLs, engagement teams, and leadership to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and resolution of billing discrepancies.

You will monitor prepaid and scheduled bills, contribute to data validation, and support billing schedules while maintaining strong records and client relations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related administrative experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of billing or accounting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday or similar PSA software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CRLs and engagement teams on billing expectations and progress.
• Review billing information for discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze billing rates and job specifics to ensure consistency and standards across the firm.
• Process and monitor invoices for accuracy and completeness; resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with new client setup, data validation, and Billing Schedules as needed.
• Communicate with clients and CRLs to resolve billing issues.
• Support revenue cycle management tasks including AR posting and adjustments as needed.
• Monitor aging A/R and assist leadership with analysis of production and profitability on a weekly basis.
