Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County is seeking a Billing & Compliance Specialist to ensure accurate billing for Licensed Care and Club programs, maintain records, and support audits. This role supports families and staff, upholds confidentiality, and helps the organization run smoothly.

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you will own AR cycles, prepare recurring financial reports, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency while advancing our mission to serve

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County, our work is about giving young people safe, supportive places to learn, grow, and belong. With four Clubhouses and four licensed care center campuses, we are the largest provider of youth programming in Whatcom County-and we're growing.

We're looking for a Billing & Compliance Specialist who loves making sure the details are right, the systems work well, and the organization has what it needs to serve kids well.

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Operations, you'll take ownership of the billing and accounts receivable cycle for our Licensed Care and Club programs while supporting critical compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting, problem-solving, organization, and mission-driven work.

In this role, you will:
