Arion Care Solutions, LLC is seeking a Remote HR Specialist to support daily HR operations, ensuring new hire file audits and compliance across systems. The role focuses on entry, maintenance, and verification of employee data while upholding confidentiality in a fully remote environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field (or equivalent experience), two years in HR, and proficiency with MS Office and HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (years of experience may substitute for education).
• 2 years’ experience and education in the field of Human Resources.
• Highly computer literate with experience in MS Office and other related tools.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Able to acquire a DPS fingerprint card.

Responsabilités

• Provide ongoing support to the HR department and assist with all internal and external HR related requests.
• Monitor submission of Central Registry Background Checks and Fingerprint Clearance Cards to the appropriate agency.
• Verify and file I-9s.
• Enter and upload new employee certifications.
• Review and audit new employee files.
• Enter and link employees into compliance systems, e.g. OLCR, DCW, DPS, etc.
• Enter qualified employees on AHCCCS/DCW website.
• Complete employment verifications.
• Complete employee separation reports.
• Complete monthly HR data reports.
• Stay up to date on current rules and regulations regarding HR regulations, forms and procedures.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
