Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support to the HR department and assist with internal and external HR requests.
• Monitor submission of background checks and fingerprint clearance cards to the appropriate agency.
• Verify and file I-9s; input new employee data into databases.
• Enter and upload new employee certifications; review and audit new employee files.
• Enter employees into compliance systems and AHCCCS/DCW website; manage personnel files.
• Complete monthly HR data reports; stay updated on HR regulations.
