Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use multiple tools/systems concurrently.
• Preferred background in customer service, collections or call centers.
• Basic understanding of credit/personal finance.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with all financial servicing needs via inbound and outbound contact.
• Listen to customers to determine how they can best utilize company products and services.
• Work cooperatively and independently to meet personal and team targets.
• Negotiate to resolve account matters while complying with FDCPA and state laws.
• Maintain and note all relevant information on customer and account status.
• Collaborate in person and virtually with internal teams using available technology.
