Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments through multiple channels: phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Exhibit passion for achievement and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products to ensure thorough understanding of terms.
