On-site position with a schedule Monday–Friday, potential extended hours including Saturdays; preferred candidates include those with sales, collections, or customer service experience and bilingual Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Spanish bilingual ability is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to the dynamic demands of the role to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through empathy and encouragement to achieve branch and individual goals.
• Develop new connections and nurture existing ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and proposing tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a passion for achievement with an internal drive to succeed and be goal oriented.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and clearly explain loan terms and their options.
