The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of customer service experience, 3 years of clerical work, ability to obtain a notary within 90 days, and capability to perform Safe Clinch restraint techniques.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of exceptional service customer service-oriented work experience.
• 3 years of clerical experience.
• Current Notary or ability to become a notary within the first 90 days.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.

Responsibilities

• Registers individuals for services, including Medicaid eligibility verification and scheduling.
• Collaborates with clinical team and communicates concerns to the appropriate discipline.
• Greets and assists visitors, maintains security and issues visitor badges.
• Oversee electronic health record entries and coordinate with facilities on discharge/transfer.
• Coordinate orders for meals and unit supplies; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a resource for families and visitors.
• Answer calls, provide information, and take messages as needed.
• Complete required training and attend meetings; maintain competencies.
• Coordinate civil commitment processes with stakeholders.
