Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of exceptional customer service experience is required.

• Notary certification or ability to become a notary within 90 days is required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) must be obtained within seven days of hire.
• Background checks including Child Abuse, FBI, PA State Police are required.

Responsibilities

• Register individuals for services and verify Medicaid eligibility and health plan enrollment.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to communicate patient concerns and ensure smooth unit operations.
• Greet visitors, manage security, and maintain the logbook and badges.
