Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, teach essential communication and daily living skills, and work closely with a team in a dynamic setting.

We provide comprehensive training; candidates should be patient, compassionate, and able to move and lift up to 50 pounds. Entry-level applicants welcomed.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Support children in multiple activities and maintain safety while assisting up to 50 pounds.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in training to deliver effective interventions.
