Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in Pompton Lakes, NJ seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician who will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and deliver one-on-one instruction to clients in homes or schools.

You will collect data, support functional skills, and remain dedicated to ethical, confidential handling of client information while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions accurately and implement behavior plans.
• Collect detailed data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement BIPs created by the BCBA for each client.
• Deliver one-on-one ABA instruction using DTT and naturalistic teaching.
• Record data and monitor progress across settings.
• Support communication, social, self-care, and independence goals.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to adjust plans.
• Communicate updates to families and team members.
• Engage in ongoing ABA training and skill development.
