Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in Paterson, NJ, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA. Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and implement plans accurately.

Responsibilities

• Implement customized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with clients using ABA methods (DTT, naturalistic teaching).
• Record and document client behavior and progress.
• Support clients in communication, social interaction, self-care, and daily living.
• Create a positive learning environment and promote client engagement.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Maintain communication with families and caregivers.
