Connect ABA + Therapy in New Jersey is hiring Behavior Technicians to work under a BCBA, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll help clients build essential life skills, collect data, and monitor progress to support individualized goals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques (DTT, NET).
• Accurately collect and log data on client behavior and progress.
• Help clients build functional skills in communication, socialization, self-care, and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate progress with clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to improve ABA skills.
