Job summary

Connect ABA + Therapy in New Jersey seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to support clients with autism through evidence-based ABA interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

You'll provide one-on-one instruction, collect progress data, implement behavior plans, and help clients acquire functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and daily living.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and implement BIPs with fidelity.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Uphold ethics and maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA to address clients' needs.
• Provide one-on-one instruction using ABA techniques and data collection.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior using designated tools.
• Assist clients in acquiring functional skills across communication, socialization, self-care, and daily living.
• Foster a supportive learning environment, promoting engagement and independence.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to review progress and adjust strategies.
• Communicate with families and team members about progress and updates.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA.
