Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to lead and supervise high-quality ABA services, design and oversee individualized plans, and mentor team members across client settings. We emphasize ethical, person-centered care and family engagement.

BCBA/BCaBA certification, related degree, and demonstrated expertise in FBAs and intervention planning are required. Expect collaborative work, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for growth in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
