Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services for clients with behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification.
• Experience designing and overseeing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and RBTs.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families and school/community partners.
• Monitor progress through data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
