Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a collaborative team dedicated to improving lives through ABA. You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality services while prioritizing family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB, in good standing.
• Related degree required for clinical practice.
• Experience leading and mentoring assistants and technicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
