Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Our BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services in clients' homes, schools or communities.

Qualifications

• Lead the design and oversight of individualized ABA programs.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants, RBTs and Analysts.
• Ensure ethical, BACB-compliant service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families.
• Implement ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings.
• Analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
