Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA to join a mission-driven team dedicated to ethical, person-centered ABA services.

As a BCBA/BCaBA, you will design and supervise intervention plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care for clients in home, school, or community settings. Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Experience developing and supervising ABA programs and FBAs.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor team members and RBTs.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Monitor data and adjust plans to ensure client success.
